Presently the Five Star Services B.V. utilizes its own bunkering terminal for commercial operations after the terminal was commissioned in June 2010. Facilities of the terminal include: Five Star Services B.V.with a storage capacity of 15 000 m3; another storage of 37000 m3 is leased nearby; a station for discharge of oil products from 14 railway tank-cars equipped with the closed type discharge system providing heating of the cold cargo by the heated fuel oil of same grade. Hence, the watering of fuel oils in the process of discharge is completely excluded; a berth for tankers and bunkering tankers up to 52 000 dwt; a pumping house with the capacity of 400 m3 per hour; a computerized fuel oil blender of 400 m3 per hour. The oil terminal operates as autonomous enterprise being fitted with up-to-date equipment for loading/discharge and blending of oil products. Projected capacity of this terminal is 800 thousand tonnes of bunkering fuel per year, which allows for progressive growth of the Company share on the bunkering market of Primorsky region with a goal to gain 1/3 of the market, taking into account the emergence of new players on the local market.

The storage tank terminal operates three different multi-purpose distillation units. The total storage capacity is well above 2,000,000 tons. Typically processed parcel sizes are between 1,000 and 500,000 tons. Five Star Services B.V. petrochemical Industrial distillation operates its own laboratory, which provides quality assurance and can also perform test distillations to determine how to process the products in the best way. Five Star Services B.V. - Oil refineries and crude oil terminals in Rotterdam tankers unload crude oil at crude oil terminals in the Europoort and on the Maasvlakte. There, the oil is mixed to the specifications of the refineries, which is called blending. The crude oil terminals then pump the crude oil to the refineries through a network of pipelines. Half of it is transported to refineries of Shell, ExxonMobil, Gunvor Petroleum Rotterdam and Koch in the port of Rotterdam. The other half is transported to refineries in Vlissingen, Antwerp and Germany. At the refineries, the crude oil is processed into various oil products, such as petrol, diesel, LPG, fuel oil and naphtha.

Five Star Services B.V. four ship docks in our Houston Terminal has 45 foot draft, 165 foot beam, and a 1,000 foot LOA." The docks have pumping capacity of 40,000 bbl./hour for fuel oil. Five Star Services B.V. has nine miles of additional intra-terminal piping to facilitate tank-to-tank transfers. When not serving vessels, each ship dock can accommodate four barges. In addition to the ship docks, Five Star Services B.V. has seven barge docks that can service 19 barges simultaneously in our Houston Terminal.
